Events - Zax Untangles Serpentine At DMALA
Zax Dow gave a guest appearance at the February DMALA meeting. DMALA (Digital Media Artists Los Angeles) is hosted by Ko Maruyama and Warren Heaton and serves to inform and educate Media Artists in the LA area. Zax showed some interesting uses for the new 3D Serpentine plug-in and answered questions from the over 100 attendees, many of whom are new to After Effects and motion graphics work.

Events - Zaxwerks Scores At Sports Conference
Rob Birnholz, of Absolute Motion Graphics, recently delivered beginner and advanced classes on Zaxwerks software at the national IDEA conference. Held this year in Tampa, Florida the IDEA conference is the national association for members of the Game Operations profession which are the folks who create and run the in-game graphics seen in collegiate and professional sports stadiums and arenas around the country. Zaxwerks software is widely used in this industry to create the team player presentation graphics.
